Terms of Service
Last updated 13 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Morning Brief. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Morning Brief.
What Morning Brief does
Morning Brief reads the inboxes and calendar you connect, lifts out what matters, and delivers a short daily briefing. It is a tool that assists your judgment. It does not replace it, and it does not act on your behalf unless you grant it a specific permission to do so.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. One account is for one adult. You must be at least 18 to use Morning Brief.
Read only to start
Setup asks only to read your Gmail and your Calendar. Any ability to send, change, or write anything is a separate permission, requested only at the moment you first approve that specific capability. You can withdraw any permission at any time, in the app or from your Google Account.
Your responsibilities
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. Use Morning Brief lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its security.
No guarantee of completeness
Morning Brief is built never to drop what matters, but no automated system is perfect. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. You remain responsible for your own decisions, deadlines, and obligations, and you should verify anything that carries real consequence.
Trial and subscription
Morning Brief starts with a 30 day free trial and no card. After the trial it is a paid subscription. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Morning Brief and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end an account that misuses the service or puts its security at risk. When you delete your account we remove your records and cached receipts and revoke the tokens you connected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Brief is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed message, deadline, or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. For material changes we will give notice in the brief or by email. Continuing to use Morning Brief after a change means you accept the updated terms.
